This is a pre-move-out home cleaning service, focusing on cleaning areas left vacant after furniture and personal belongings are removed. Cleaning can be arranged for the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, floors, and other areas, depending on the property’s condition.
Booking Method: After the customer places an order and pays a deposit, we will discuss the property’s size, number of rooms, estimated vacancy time, and areas requiring cleaning. The service duration will be determined based on the specific circumstances, and an appointment will be scheduled.
Pricing: The price shown on the website is a service deposit. The final cost will be reasonably determined based on the property’s size, number of rooms, cleaning area, workload, and estimated service hours. Service will be arranged after both parties confirm the price.
Suitable for: Families whose leases are expiring, moving out, or those needing to tidy up their living space before handover.
